I hope to progress to area manager level.
My advice to students considering work
Think carefully about what it is you want to do... and don't get sidetracked into another career. I love retail - but I see a lot of graduates who start in the job to earn a bit of money... then end up staying.
What I do
Serving customers - ensuring that the shop is running smoothly and running promotions.
What I like most
I enjoy talking to customers and helping them make the right purchase.

Angry customers.
