To continue working in HE but to move across to recruitment or marketing.
My advice to students considering work
Start looking now. Get loads of work experience. Build your CV with every opportunity. Put yourself in positions of leadership and responsibility. Constantly update your CV.
It's a competitive world - just having a degree isn't enough anymore. If you know your weaknesses - work on them, for example if you're shy do an assertiveness course.

I work in Widening Participation in Hertfordshire on the Aimhigher programme.

Being a student ambassador.
What I like most
Changing the attitudes of parents and students.
What I like least
Data analysis.
What would I change? I would have liked this position I'm in now to have come with more responsibility as well as the increase in salary that I did get.
