It definitely wasn't a deliberate choice - I really didn't know what I wanted to do, and an opportunity came up for a 3-month student internship. After the internship ended, I stayed on, and on...
Is your current job sector different from what you thought you would enter when you graduated?
I probably didn't think about it that much, but given the time that has passed, then yes, there have been a lot of changes, so even if I knew the industry inside out back then, it would still be worlds apart from where we are now. Which is as it should be.

No, we don't talk about that any more.
What extracurricular activities did you undertake at university and what transferable skills did you develop through these?
Nothing specific but... probably playing football (or any kind of team sport) is a great leveller if you can keep it up - it's a great way to mix with people from different areas of the business and let off some steam.
