Finding and applying for the job

How I looked for work

I have completed the ten-week Operations Analyst Development summer internship programme after my second year. And I received the full-time job offer at the end of the internship. (For the internship I applied through their online application portal in October / November)

Finding work in the UK

International students should target employers who can provide Tier 2 visa sponsorship before applying for graduate jobs. Overcoming this by understanding the immigration rules and check the list of Tier 2 sponsors on Home Office's website.

How I found out about the job

Employer's website

The recruitment process

Internship only: online application at the start of November then followed by the assessment centre in two weeks in London headquarter.

How my visa affected the recruitment process

No impact as this is not one of the selection criteria.
