Rhian Ebrey is a Project Manager at SEI York and is a member of the Sustainable Consumption and Production team. Her responsibilities include managing and supporting delivery across the suite of the team's projects, including GCRF Trade Hub, Trase and CASCADES.
Rhian has around seven years of experience in project management in a range of different fields, including African wildlife conservation research, climate change and community mental health services. Prior to joining SEI York, Rhian coordinated an international consortium reviewing climate adaptation modelling in support of policy decision making on behalf of the Directorate General for Climate Action (DG CLIMA), European Commission, based at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She graduated with a BSc in Natural Sciences: Biology and Earth Sciences from Durham University, where she focussed on global change ecology. She also has an MSc in Sustainable Cities from the University of Leeds, in which she explored the politics of climate change and systems-thinking to address sustainability challenges.
