Department Reps are students who support and lead the team of Course Reps in your department and help to improve the student experience. Department Reps are invaluable contacts for both departments and YUSU to make sure student views are being listened to and acted upon. 

Department Community Coordinator

Izzy Allen

Izzy is our Department Community Coordinator (DCC) and Izzy hopes to develop community networks within the School of PPE, making links with existing initiatives, activities and events.

We know how important it is for students to feel connected to others on their course, and to get to know students in their year group and who are studying the same modules. We also know that studying online can make it more difficult for some students to make these connections and to feel part of a departmental academic community.
