We're recruiting PhD students for a range of projects.

Quantum Science is a new interdisciplinary field that employs quantum theory to understand and harness emergent quantum phenomena, from quantum states of motion of mechanical resonators to exotic metallic states in Dirac materials and twisted light.

Our team combines expertise in Condensed Matter Physics, Quantum Information and Quantum Optics aiming to describe and understand complex quantum systems and how these can be exploited in new technologies, which give advantage over their conventional counterparts.
