The Harmony Chorus performance

The Harmony Chorus will perform Bollywood and Indian folk tunes in the Jack Lyons Concert Hall on Tuesday 28 May

The Harmony Chorus reached India’s Top 8 on Rising Star Season 2 which aired on Color’s TV (national television) early last year. Their cover of Ae Watan received a record 100,000 views within one week of its release on YouTube. This song was performed at the Indian Army base in Srinagar on Independence Day and at the Indian High Commission in Nigeria on Independence Day 2018.

The choir has performed at the opening ceremony of the Children’s Paralympics in 2012 and at the lighting of the World Peace Flame for the first time in India. They sang at the biggest cathedral in Russia - The Cathedral of Christ the Savior, at the Embassy of India in Moscow, Gnessian Russian Academy of Music and at Gatchina Philharmonic Hall during their three city Russia Concert Tour in 2018.

Besides performing at multiple venues, and during different occasions in Bangalore, the choir has also performed at music festivals in Shillong and Hyderabad.

The free performance or Bollywood and Indian folk tunes will take place in the Jack Lyons Concert Hall at 11.30am on Tuesday 28 May.
