How did you find your way into your current position?
Went from York to the GSMD in London and from there in to freelance work as a singer.
What are your strongest memories of your time at York?
A full life packed with varied and new experiences.
How did York prepare you for your career?
Contact with professionals in and around the Music department made it much easier to align myself with the expectations of future employers.
What advice would you have for current students?
Don't waste any time or opportunities. There is so much offered to you on a plate! These opportunities and this time won't come around again. There will be plenty of time to chat aimlessly over coffee later in life!
