I obtained my PhD from the Maths Department at the University of Cambridge in 2020. After my PhD, I was a Research Associate in the Chemistry Department at the University of Leeds, followed by teaching positions in the Maths Departments at Leeds and the University of Manchester. I joined the University of York as Lecturer in Applied Mathematics in 2023.
I am interested in applications of geometry, topology and group theory in physics. My most recent work has been on the physics of small polyatomic molecules, including an investigation of the role of rotational symmetry in Born-Oppenheimer theory.
