I joined the York Management School and Department of Economics in May 2018 as a Research Associate on the ESRC-funded interdisciplinary study ON LGBT+ Network in the NHS, and I am a part of the Organisational Behaviour, Theory and Technology (OBTT) subject group within the school.
I completed my PhD in Economics at the University of Manchester in 2018. My thesis concentrated on the empirical modelling of couples' labour market outcomes in the UK by examining the effect of women's partner's different labour market activities on her entry into the labour market. I am a labour economist with a focus on gender and family economics and applied microeconometrics.
Before joining the York Management School, I was a Research Fellow at Centre for Population Change, the University of Southampton working on the ESRC funded project on female breadwinner families in Europe.
