Annisa received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Teesside, United Kingdom in 2006 and received the CIPD Best Student Award and decided to pursue taking Masters of Arts (MA) in the same area in 2007 at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. After graduating, Annisa joined the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (in Malay - Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali), Brunei as a lecturer in 2008 and have been actively involved in teaching and administrative work. Now, after six years of working, she is pursuing a PhD in Management at the University of York under the In-Service Training Scholarship, from the Government of Brunei Darussalam.
