Yorkshire businesses are signing up to P2P (Peer-2-Peer), a leadership development and business growth programme at the University of York's Management School that has been specifically designed for business leaders.
Business owners who are interested in finding out more about P2P and all the University of York Management School can do to help their businesses thrive and grow can attend one of two free taster events taking place at the University of York's new Heslington East campus on 2 February between 8.00-10.00am and 15th February between 4.00-6.00pm.
These interactive taster events allow managers to experience the power of peer support group networking, which encourage owner-managers to share their day-to-day work issues through confidential discussions with fellow participants.
Each free two hour taster session will include:
P2P - Brief taster session of the Peer to Peer Mentoring and Coaching initiative. This exciting regular programme has been specifically designed for Directors, Owner Managers, Senior Managers and Partners in SME businesses, and is also open to the next generation of Emerging Directors in larger businesses from across Yorkshire and the Humber. http://www.york.ac.uk/management/business/p2p/
