Event details

Delivering race diversity within an organisation is more than about bringing people into an existing structure of the organisation. True belonging comes from creating a new space for everyone. Many organisations find that raising awareness and getting people on board has been relatively straightforward, and an ongoing process. One of the biggest challenges remains, however, not having the vocabulary for it. Irrespective of this, progress can be achieved by a clarity of intent and vision to move from the why of racial inclusion to the how of achieving it.

An advocate of allyship, in this masterclass, Reetu will talk about the tangible ways forward for identifying actionable, bite-sized, doable actions she helped CMI identify to move the dial on race.

Reetu Kansal is a Senior Project Manager at the University of London, with specialisms in strategy and performance.
