Inside Out: Therapeutic Creative Writing

Use writing to find a new direction, to help with mental anxiety or for creative expression. Come and try out some different approaches to journaling, self-reflection and creative writing in a safe, fun atmosphere - you don’t need to share your writing if you don’t wish. Although not a therapy group, this short course will teach you therapeutic methods of writing which contribute to greater mental resilience and support your ability to find your way through life’s ups and downs.
