The Online Feedback System allows you to create and securely distribute online feedback forms and collate the results.
However, please note that the University has a unlimited user license for Qualtrics, a sophisticated survey management tool which can be used to gather module and programme feedback.
Eligibility
This service is available to staff only.
You can moderate your results and and choose who can view them.
Each department can register one departmental administrator.
The administrator is responsible for adding staff within their department and maintaining lists of moderators and users who can view results.
To register, contact your departmental administrator.
If your department doesn't have a registered administrator, contact the IT Support.

Departmental administrators must add and support other users of the system. This includes maintaining lists of moderators and viewers from which a departmental user can choose to grant access to a feedback session.
