Between 3 - 20 January we're offering drop-in sessions so you can just walk in and get help from us in person - no appointment required!
Update: Unfortunately, due to staff illness, we will no longer be able to offer drop-in support on Friday 20 January.
We will still be available by phone and email, however it will take longer for us to answer. Please check our guidance on the IT website and the Support Portal before contacting us. If you can't find an answer to your query, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if your query is not urgent and doesn't require a phone call to resolve.
