Translating Christianity Exhibition at the Old Palace, York Minster, throughout July

A virtual exhibition and free display of word, image, sound and object in the circulation of the sacred from the birth of Christ until the present day

‌The new exhibition Translating Christianity has now opened at the Old Palace, York Minster. Open throughout July 2015 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm), this display of books, maps and bibles from the York Minster Library collection explores the idea of the circulation of the sacred from the birth of Christ to the present day.

The exhibition is curated by IPUP intern Beth Richardson, on behalf of the Ecclesiastical History Society, in collaboration with York Minster Library and the University of York.
