Eithne Owens is head of content at Event Communications, Europe's leading experience design agency, whose projects include the redesign of The National Army Museum (opening 2016), Titanic Belfast, Bletchley Park, The Dutch National Maritime Museum and many others which actively shape public engagement with the past.  As a historian working embedded with designers, Eithne will explain her work, how exhibitions take shape and how a design agency responds and contributes to how the past is interpreted.
