Lilian Saka
PhD Researcher - The role of gendered institutions in the design and delivery of regionally integrated reproductive health policy in Africa
Lilian has experience in NGO-based programme development and management with interest in policy analysis across a range of themes including reproductive health, human rights, gender, agriculture, climate change, and good governance. Lilian has a Masters in development studies which she did at the University of the Free State in South Africa and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Malawi. She hopes to continue working in policy making in these thematic areas whether at regional or national level.
