WRoCAH award success

Four History PhD students secure prestigious studentships

The White Rose College of the Arts & Humanities (WRoCAH) is a Doctoral Training Partnership between the Universities of Leeds, Sheffield, and York, and is responsible for the distribution of AHRC-funded studentships for these universities.

We are pleased to announce that four Department of History PhD students were successful in their applications for WRoCAH funding this year. Each applicant was judged on their academic achievements, the quality of their project proposal, and the fit of the research proposal with the Department and the University. The awards each comprise a full fee-waiver and stipend.

We offer our congratulations to the successful applicants and look forward to welcoming them in September!
