Held at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, India. Saturday 28th of February 2015.
We are pleased to announce a one day workshop on tuberculosis and its challenges which will feature a diverse programme of panels and talks by high profile speakers including government officials, WHO officials, historians of medicine and many more. The workshop aims to explore this most dangerous disease in all its complexities, creating new dialogues in the process. To round off the workshop, CGHH's exhibition 'Tuberculosis: A Short History' will also make a welcome return.
A detailed report on the workshop will follow shortly.
This workshop is the result of a collaboration between the WHO Collaborating Centre for Global Health Histories and the Department of Community Medicine at Maulana Azad Medical College, generously supported by the Wellcome Trust.
