'Naples Crucible of the World' is a multidisciplinary conference organized by Dr Mariano d’Amora. Over the past four centuries has arisen a burgeoning literature in Naples, in areas very different from each other, reaching peaks of very high level. Through the analysis of different fields of study (literature, theatre, cinema, philosophy, history), following a chronological path that goes from the seventeenth century to the present day, we intend to highlight the contribution offered by Neapolitan culture to Europe. The conference will be take place at the Italian cultural Institute in London on October 29- and at The British Library, Conference Center on Oct 30. No registration required.
