New Publications Guest-edited by Hanna Vorholt

The last two issues of the Journal of the Alamire Foundation have been guest-edited by Thomas Schmidt and Hanna Vorholt.

Journal of the Alamire Foundation ‌Issues 6/2 - 2014 and 7/1 - 2015 of the Journal of the Alamire Foundation, have been guest-edited by Thomas Schmidt and Hanna Vorholt as part of the AHRC-funded project Production and Reading of Music Sources.

The articles are based on papers presented at the project conference hosted by the British Library and the Warburg Institute in 2013. They are devoted to polyphonic music books from the thirteenth to sixteenth centuries and demonstrate the wider implications of studying the layout of these sources for our understanding of medieval and early modern book production.
