Dr Emanuele Lugli presents an overview of Renaissance Italy hairstyles as seen through the work of Piero della Francesca, Pollaiulo and Francesco di Giorgio and looks at how the style of hair in artworks of the Renaissance period could be seen as one of the tools to unravel the culture of the period.

These lectures are aimed at university students and adult learners of an intermediate to advanced level.
