Leaders for Change

Child at school gardening

We are working with a group of young ambassadors from primary and secondary schools across Yorkshire who aim to develop resilient, sustainable, and regenerative food systems. This work aims to promote the adoption of approaches that support efforts in climate change, whilst also improving health in children (especially supporting those in greatest need). This includes looking at how we can have impact on all sorts of things relating to food, from food production right through to consumption.

The CONNECTS-Food study will consult with the Leaders for Change group to develop an intervention which best support schools to adopt resilient and sustainable whole school approaches to food.
