Client access, information and communication integration

Client access, information and communication integration

Client access, information and communication integration

PCMIS has the ability to incorporate a number of programs which can streamline your client referrals and communication procedures by allowing clients to self-refer to your service, give you their details, complete outcome measures and have access to a portal and mobile apps.

Client Portal

The Client Portal is a secure, paperless system which allows clients to complete routine outcome measures, questionnaires, risk assessment and PEQ's online before appointments.

  • Empowers clients in their treatment
  • Reduces administration time
  • Allows better use of your clinical contact time
  • No need for paper questionnaires
  • Increased choice and privacy for clients
  • Easily accessible via any internet-enabled device, including mobiles via our free app

eReferrals

Our eReferrals system allows clients to refer themselves to your service by completing an online form. The system also allows inclusion of clinical measures to manage client risk, providing a complete, efficient and effective paperless referral process.

  • Paper-free
  • Fully encrypted and secure
  • GP eReferral and joint care pathway options also available.
  • Clients and services benefit from a faster and easier referral process.
  • Clients can self-refer and complete information when they choose.

Our Android and iOS apps are free for clients to download and allow easy and secure access to the client portal for online completion of routine outcome measures prior to an appointment.

The eReferral and Client Portal systems are just two of a number of optional PCMIS integrated features that can further increase your efficiency and productivity. Take a look at our integrations page for more information, or contact us today.
