Administrative features integration

PCMIS can integrate with a number of services to make administrative tasks quicker and easier.

NHS Digital
NHS Spine supports the IT infrastructure for health and social care in England. NHS Spine integration allows PCMIS users to match, validate and update patient records automatically. This next level of integration allows healthcare services to improve data quality and patient care whilst eliminating time consuming manual administration tasks.

Loqate allows you to quickly find addresses and add them to your system by typing in the postcode. The system increases the speed of data entry and ensures that you have accurate addresses in your system.

Textlocal allows you to easily send text messages to consenting clients to remind them about appointments, prompt completion of Patient Experience Questionnaires and direct them to the PCMIS Patient Portal to complete measures online in advance of their scheduled appointments.
