PCMIS HE is a specially developed student mental health case management system for Universities and Higher Education institutions (HEIs). Designed by mental health practitioners working in the HE Sector it specifically meets
the unique requirements of the sector, helping to optimise both the student experience and the institution's ability to offer bespoke care and support.
PCMIS HE can help you:
Case manage a range of 1:1 or group interactions with students
Closely manage risk in the student population
Determine care pathways and interventions
Identify key presenting problems
Increase student retention rates
Provide proactive support
Enhance your student support services
Report on performance indicators
The ability to analyse and understand the mental health profile of your student population enables you to offer all the right services at the right time to retain and support your students,
from freshers through to postgraduates.
PCMIS allows you to case manage your students efficiently, ensuring that the depth of care and individual attention can be maximised. It will enable you to focus on the most appropriate interventions and track recovery rates.
The PCMIS HE system allows students to securely complete their questionnaires online at their own convenience in advance of appointments, ensuring confidentially with your team and allowing you to focus on face-to-face care and support.
The system management and reporting options provide the ability to analyse and review key activity information from your service. Being able to analyse and review course by course, year by year for example, you can better plan for and anticipate responses and resources.
