PCMIS stands for ‘Patient Case Management Information System’.
It is a web-based system, designed to collect and analyse a range of client and service data in order to provide real-time information and reporting to mental health professionals and support staff. The system was designed to help services to manage high volume mental health caseloads efficiently and accurately.
The PCMIS mental health case management system was originally designed to meet the needs of NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) services. Since its creation, however, it has expanded and evolved, and is now flexible enough to support a wide range of services.
The system is able to create a huge variety of reports to suit a wide range of services and roles. Data can be displayed in a variety of formats, and the system contains a number of configurable reporting dashboards.
When you sign up to PCMIS, many aspects of the system will be individually tailored to your needs, so if you don’t see everything you need here, just get in touch and we will be happy to discuss how we can meet your requirements.
