PCMIS director. Byron is a chartered IT professional, ITIL manager and is PRINCE2 certified. Byron has over 20 years' experience in strategic healthcare IT developments, delivering innovative systems to a wide range of health care providers including NHS and academic environments.
Chris' responsibilities include managing accounts and service level agreements for a portfolio of PCMIS customers including NHS trusts, commissioners and private mental health providers both in the UK and Australia. Chris develops and maintains strong working relationships by providing proactive customer-focused after-sales and customer relationship services.
Andrew is a key member of the team, providing business, management and training support for services using the PCMIS product in the healthcare arena. Andrew's role is varied and can involve, for example, discussing an important project with a client, or preparing a client summary report which may involve a technical element concerned with client data.
Mark's responsibilities include managing the communications, publications and information service provided to PCMIS stakeholders both internal and external, as well as leading on PCMIS marketing activities and representing PCMIS at conferences and other events across the UK and Australia.
Tina provides administrative support to the PCMIS team and external clients. She contributes to the smooth running of the PCMIS office and works as a team member ensuring the delivery of an effective and efficient service. Tina also actively participates in the development of office and administrative systems.
Colin is lead developer of the PCMIS software, a post he has held since November 2012.
Jim has been a PCMIS systems developer since November 2016. Prior to this he spent over four years as a PCMIS IT support officer since joining the PCMIS team in June 2012. Jim graduated from The University of Huddersfield in 1994 and has worked in various IT support roles in the private sector.
Sam joined the PCMIS team in June 2013 having previously worked in the commercial media and digital sector in a variety of roles.
Rob joined the PCMIS team as a Web and Systems Developer in July 2017. Prior to this he worked for over five years as a Web Developer for Fera Science Limited in York.
Phil grew up in Kenya and attended university in America. In January 2010 Phil started working with the REEACT study as part of the Mental Health Research Group and he now works as PCMIS System Support Officer within the IT department.
Louise joined the University of York to work in the Department of Health Sciences in January 2013. She worked on the Open Surgical Wounds Study as Research Administrator until August 2014 and now works as PCMIS System Support Officer within the IT department.
Steve works within the dedicated 2nd line support team, helping to provide high quality service to a wide range of PCMIS users. Prior to joining the team he was an IT Manager at a GP practice in Selby for 10 years. He has experience of using SystmOne and supporting all users in the practice with SystmOne problems. Steve has also previously worked as a software developer.
Alison has worked in the public sector for all her career, providing IT support and IT project management for the local authority. She joined the PCMIS team in 2014 and is part of the dedicated 2nd line support team helping to provide high quality service to PCMIS users.
Working within a dedicated team supporting the PCMIS healthcare application, Sue provides first line support to colleagues in mental healthcare services based around the UK. Sue responds to customer enquiries from NHS partners, mental health organisations and health related charities to provide an efficient and effective support service.
