Meet the team

Byron George

Byron George: CEO

PCMIS CEO and co-founder, Byron is a chartered IT professional, ITIL and PRINCE2 certified. Byron has over 20 years' experience in strategic healthcare IT developments, delivering innovative systems to a wide range of health care providers including NHS, commercial and academic environments.

Byron has a track record of delivering large scale implementations and was responsible for the implementation of the first IAPT pilot site and pathfinder sites in the UK then later, the first NewAccess mental health services in Australia.

Chris Jones

Chris Jones: Client Engagement Manager

Chris' responsibilities include managing accounts and service level agreements for a portfolio of PCMIS customers including NHS trusts, commissioners and private mental health providers both in the UK and Australia. Chris develops and maintains strong working relationships by providing proactive customer-focused after-sales and customer relationship services.

Tracy Towler: Client Engagement Manager

Tracy's responsibilities include managing accounts and service level agreements for a portfolio of PCMIS customers including NHS trusts, commissioners and private mental health providers both in the UK and Australia. As a Client Engagement Manager, Tracy aims to provide a pro-active customer focussed service, building strong customer relationships.

Phil Andersen

Phil Andersen: Business Analyst and Trainer

Phil worked in PCMIS Support for several years until recently changing roles to join Andrew Bradley as a Business Analyst and Trainer. His main focus is setting up new customers, implementing integration with third party services such as SilverCloud and providing third-line technical support.

Andrew Bradley

Andrew Bradley: Business Analyst and Trainer

Andrew is a key member of the team, providing business, management and training support for services using the PCMIS product in the healthcare arena. Andrew's role is varied and can involve, for example, discussing an important project with a client, or preparing a client summary report which may involve a technical element concerned with client data.

Mark Wall

Mark Wall: Communications & Marketing Manager

Mark's responsibilities include managing the communications, publications and information service provided to PCMIS stakeholders both internal and external, as well as leading on PCMIS marketing activities and representing PCMIS at conferences and other events across the UK and Australia.

Maria Hyde: Administration Manager

Maria is responsible for a range of administration, financial and HR functions and as part of the business team, works to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service.

Colin Robson

Colin Robson: Lead Developer

Colin is lead developer of the PCMIS software, a post he has held since November 2012.

Daniel Botwright

Daniel Botwright: .Net Web/Systems Developer

Daniel joined the PCMIS team in October 2017 having previously worked in a varied role in secondary education.

Jim Cadwallender

Jim Cadwallender: Systems Developer

Jim has been a PCMIS systems developer since November 2016. Prior to this he spent over four years as a PCMIS IT support officer since joining the PCMIS team in June 2012. Jim graduated from The University of Huddersfield in 1994 and has worked in various IT support roles in the private sector.

Rob Lake

Rob Lake: Web and Systems Developer

Rob joined the PCMIS team as a Web and Systems Developer in July 2017. Prior to this he worked for over five years as a Web Developer for Fera Science Limited in York.

Louise Hamstead

Lou Hodgson: PCMIS Support

Louise joined the University of York to work in the Department of Health Sciences in January 2013. She worked on the Open Surgical Wounds Study as Research Administrator until August 2014 and now works as a PCMIS System Support Officer.

Sue Watson

Sue Watson: PCMIS Support

Working within a dedicated team supporting the PCMIS healthcare application, Sue provides support to colleagues in mental healthcare services based around the UK. Sue responds to customer enquiries from NHS partners, mental health organisations and health related charities to provide an efficient and effective support service.

Darren Wilkins

Darren Wilkins: PCMIS Support

Darren works within the PCMIS System Support team, helping to provide high quality service to a wide range of PCMIS users. Prior to joining PCMIS he worked for over 11 years as an IT Officer providing 1st and 2nd line support for North Lincolnshire Council.

Candy Worth: PCMIS Support

Candy joined the PCMIS System Support team in November 2019 helping to provide high quality service to a wide range of PCMIS users. Prior to joining PCMIS she worked in a variety of support roles across different sectors including marketing and housing. Candy also has experience training end users in software.
