Biography

Rachel joined the ECSG Research Group in 2021 to provide assistance with their information needs. She manages the websites and social media accounts; disseminating research news to all relevant outlets. She is maintaining the Group’s publications and activities databases. She is responsible for updating the external systems required for reporting to research funders.

Rachel started work at the British Library. She then moved to The University of York to be the Information Officer for the Social Policy Research Unit, and subsequently for the Department of Social Policy and Social Work (now part of School for Business and Society). She also worked on secondment as the departmental Student Recruitment and Admissions Manager, before leaving to live abroad. During this time she worked as an editor for Kleijnen Systematic Reviews Ltd.
