Profile

Biography

Pam is a Research Fellow in the York Trials Unit, Department of Health Sciences working on education trials. She is experienced in both quantitative and qualitative research. Before joining the Trials Unit, she was involved in several education evaluations within the university (Institute for Effective Education, Chemistry) and at other universities (Huddersfield, Southampton). She has also worked outside the university sector in market research, media research and journalism.

Overview

Pam has a particular interest in science education research, maths and literacy interventions, and the use of mixed methods.
