Olamide is a Research Associate Global Health Multimorbidity within the Mental Health and Addiction Research Group, She is engaged within the IMPACT: Chronic Communicable Diseases (CCD) project. The project aims at building capacity and integrating depression treatment into tuberculosis and hepatitis services in South Asia.
Olamide has over 8 years of professional and academic expertise in public health research and project management, designing health research and implementing projects within low and middle-income countries. Prior to joining the group, she was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Kent.
Olamide's research interests are understanding epidemiological transition and its prevention, holistic health outcomes and management of infectious and chronic diseases multimorbidity in low and middle-income countries.
