Lowri is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist currently working with the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service and working as a clinical trial therapist with the INTERACT project.
She has over 15 years experience of working in mental health services ranging from young person’s voluntary sector services, IESO, and university settings on mental health graduate degrees.
Lowri specialises in working with common mental health problems such as OCD, trauma, phobias, panic and generalised anxiety. She is experienced in delivering therapy in a wide range of platforms including face to face, typed online, telephone/video and group settings.
Lowri is an experienced clinical supervisor within the IAPT service.
