Planon System Downtime

The Planon system is unavailable until around 2pm on Wednesday 25th June for an upgrade to take place. During this time you will not be able to request online room bookings or report maintenance faults online in the usual way.

Reporting maintenance faults

During the system downtime please report any maintenance faults or cleaning requests by;

• Online via a temporary fault report form

Room bookings

It will not be possible to make any room bookings online during the system downtime. For any further information about room bookings during the downtime contact:
