Biography

Sani Matawalle is an Environmental Science PhD student in the Department of Environment and Geography. He is looking at regional inequality and social exclusion in electricity infrastructure, access, and supply among the geographical regions in Nigeria. Associate Prof Karen  Parkhill and Dr Josh Kirshner supervise him. 

Sani holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from Usmanu Danfodio University Sokoto, Nigeria in 2004, and an MSc in Environmental Management from Teeside University United Kindom in 2016.
