Biography

Lucy joined the Department in October 2019 as a temporary member of staff, before working her way up through the PA, Administration Coordinator, and Administration Manager, to her current seconded role of Deputy Head of Faculty Operations. Lucy's main areas of responsibility are:

• Strategic development of all professional services operations
• Line management of professional services managers
• Coordination of all operational support
• Overall responsibility for all business processes and professional services support
