Biography

Godwin Aigbe is a PhD researcher at the University of York, Department of Geography and Environment. His research is focused on global gas flaring policies and climate change, particularly in the context of multi-level governance, environmental justice and just transition in global gas flaring. His work aims to support global gas flaring and venting policy development and international negotiations. He holds a BSc in Applied Geophysics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma and an MSc in Energy and Environmental Management from the Teesside University Middlesbrough.
