Departmental roles
Carol is the Undergraduate Administrator providing support in relation to undergraduate student admissions, teaching and student-facing activities within the department.
Key duties
- First point of contact for undergraduate students and teaching staff handling queries across all undergraduate matters.
- Support for Undergraduate Staff Student Liaison Committee and internal Exam Boards.
- Joint support for departmental Teaching Committee.
- Work alongside admissions tutors to organise the administration of the undergraduate admissions process.
- Collation, input, production and distribution of an accurate draft and final undergraduate timetable.
- Undergraduate module feedback.
