Role

• First point of contact for postgraduate taught (PGT) students and teaching staff handling queries across all postgraduate taught matters.
• Processing and returning marks and feedback for PGT assessments.
• Maintenance of PGT student records, including admissions, enrolment, progression, examination and awards.
• Absence monitoring for PGT.
• Supporting the welfare of students and administering PGT Exceptional Circumstances affecting Assessment (ECA) and Student Support Plans (SSP).
