World Mental Health Day Exhibition

Posted on 10 October 2018

To mark World Mental Health Day on 10th October, the Department of English and Related Literature is hosting a display of our students’ creative work.

Our undergraduate and postgraduate students have produced an exciting range of posters, artwork, and creative writing especially for World Mental Health Day. The project aims to promote mental health awareness and to celebrate understanding, creativity, and self-expression.

Staff and students marked the opening of the exhibition with a coffee morning on Wednesday 10th October, and the work will be displayed throughout the month in the Department’s student space.

The theme of World Mental Health Day 2018 is “Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World”.

Remember to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing, and to look out for others. Help and support is available: more information can be found on the Student Health and Wellbeing site.
