PhD student awarded best student paper at TAROS conference.

James O'Keeffe (PhD student in the Intelligent Systems and Nanoscience Research Group) was awarded the best student paper at this year's TAROS Conference (Towards Autonomous Robotic Systems), which was held in Surrey.

PhD student James O'Keeffe received best paper award at TAROS Conference

His paper is entitled "Towards Fault Diagnosis in Swarm Robotic Systems via Characterisation of Robot Behaviour".   James is supervised by Dr Alan Millard, Dr Danesh Tarapore (now based at the University of Southampton) and Professor Jon Timmis and is currently in the 2nd year of his PhD.
