Dietary Requirements

Cucina Hospitality offer an expansive menu catering for all dietary requirements.

If you would like to create a bespoke menu to suit your dietary requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.

When the food is delivered you will receive a menu where all of our products state whether they are suitable for a specific dietary requirement. If you have any concerns, please contact Cucina kitchen (01904 322030).

The University is a multicultural community with students, staff and visitors who have differing religious and non-religious beliefs and ethics. Cucina Hospitality work in line with the University’s policies on Equality and Diversity towards meeting the needs of this diverse community.

Food allergies and allergenic information

We take the health of our customers seriously. If you have a food allergy, or would like further information about the allergenic content of our food, we ask that you make yourself known to any member of the catering staff. Allergen information is also listened on the menu accompanying the buffet.

Customers should note that the information we provide about allergens in any item of food on our menus relates to the ingredient(s) in that specific product. However our food is produced in an environment where other allergens may be present.
