Profile

Biography

Wajeeha is a PhD student affiliated with the Team for Economic Evaluation and Health Technology Assessment (TEEHTA) based in the Centre for Health Economics. She is supervised by Professor Laura Bojke, Dr. Peter Coventry and Professor Piran White. Her studentship focuses on the economic evaluation of environmental interventions.

Prior to joining CHE, she worked in the ‘Economic Evaluation and Anlaysis’ department at the World Health Organisation HQ supporting the UHC Compendium, which is a tool to support countries in benefit package development. She has also worked as a research fellow with the Aga Khan University where she was primarily supporting the government of Pakistan in costing and prioritisation of a benefit package. 

Wajeeha holds a BSc in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, and an MSc in health economics from Johns Hopkins University as a Fulbright Scholar.
