Oliver is a PhD student affiliated with the Team for Economic Evaluation and Health Technology Assessment (TEEHTA) based at the Centre for Health Economics, University of York. His Doctoral research focuses on cross sector economic evaluation of policies and interventions in low and middle income countries.
Oliver previously held a position of Lecturer and Researcher in the department of Economics at the University of Zambia. He also worked as a statistician at the Central Statistical Office, Zambia.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Zambia and an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Manchester.
