Abstract: A series of short presentations describing the summer placement projects currently being undertaken in the Centre for Health Economics by students who are enrolled on the MSc in Health Economics at the University of York.
Topics include 'Measuring outcomes in the economic evaluation of social care interventions', 'Mapping outcomes data to estimate health state utilities', 'Exploring the spatial associations of measures of health and social care at small area level in England', 'Risk preferences and health status: an empirical analysis using UK data' and 'The impact of NICE guidance on primary care prescribing'.
