AccessAble Accessibility Guides
Helping staff, students and visitors to make informed accessibility choices for travelling around campus.
Project overview
University of York are working in partnership with AccessAble (formerly known as Disabled Go) to create detailed Access Guides to the buildings, services and key rooms on campus.
The resulting online guides will be available on the relevant University Webpages and the AccessAble website and App (Android and IOS).
Why?
So that visitors, staff and students can make an informed choice as to whether a venue is suitable for them before they go. We recognise that everyone's accessibility needs are different, which is why having detailed, accurate information is important to allow people to judge for themselves.
When?
