Tallulah joined the Centre for Applied Human Rights in summer 2018. She provides research support to the Wellbeing of Human Rights Defenders at Risk project, and administrative support to the Protective Fellowship Scheme.
Tallulah returned to the UK to complete an MA by Research in Women’s Studies at the University of York after six years living and working in Spain, Ecuador and Mexico. She also has an MA (Hons) in History from the University of Edinburgh. Previously Tallulah was Project Officer for Equalities with the Improvement Service, where she worked on collaborative projects with the EHRC, Scottish Women’s Aid and the Scottish Government. In her spare time Tallulah is Associate Editor for the feminist journal Cultivate, and is a keen artist, specialising in creating art which promotes themes of equality, diversity and alternative sociopolitical perspectives.
