• Mentoring support for line managers to equip them with the skills to support mental health and wellbeing in their teams
• Design of up to two training interventions to support the mental health and wellbeing strategy

Talent Mapping

Talent Mapping - consultancy to support businesses in identifying talent of the future, how to develop talent and where any future gaps will lie.

1-day package

• Face-to-face or virtual meeting with key staff to understand the current business strategy, goals and organisational design
• Identification of future business skills and knowledge needed to deliver the business goals and strategy
• Review of current talent acquisition and development activities
• Recommendations on next steps to enable the development of a comprehensive talent strategy

 3-day package

All benefits from 1-day package, plus:

• Analyse the current and potential workforce including numbers, skills, potential leavers and any succession planning
  
• Determining what the future workforce will need
• Development of a talent map detailing current skills, future skills required and identifying skills gaps

 5-day package

All benefits from 1 -day and 3 day packages, plus:

• Development of a recruitment and learning and development plan to deliver the talent development required
• Design of up to two training interventions to support the talent development strategy

Embedding Innovation

Embedding Innovation - consultancy to embed innovative practices in businesses. For example innovation in leadership, innovation through moving into a new market or developing a new product or service.

 1-day package

• Review the Business Strategy, Vision and Goals to identify what stage of innovation the business is at
  
• Identify where the innovation is on the change curve for the business and apply the best methodology to support this stage
• Review SWOT and PESTLE analysis to identify where innovation would be most beneficial and how to shape and embed the innovation effectively
• Recommendations of next steps to embed innovation

3-day package

All benefits from 1-day package, plus:

• Create a plan for the innovation of new products and services and how to grow and build a new market
• Identify and shape talent mapping for the growth of the innovation
• Review and adapt sales and marketing strategies and support for the business growth to increase the customer base for the innovation

5 day package

All benefits from 1 and 3-day packages, plus:

• Apply and implement the first stages of the new sales and marketing strategies
  
• Leadership training and support on driving and embedding innovation to the management teams and team cohesion planning to ensure everyone is engaged

Consultancy Investment

The cost of the consultancy packages are as follows: 

• 1 day consultancy package: £1,000 + VAT.
• 3 day consultancy package: £3,000 + VAT.
• 5 day consultancy package: £5,000 + VAT.

If you are a business operating within the York and North Yorkshire Region, you may be eligible for funding up to 40% of the total programme fee.
